SUMMARY
In this study we observed that there was a significant increase in Zinc concentration in plasma during the menstrual phase and luteal phase of the menstrual cycle in healthy young female adults. The comparison of Plasma Zinc concentration was characterized by higher concentration during luteal phase and a decline during the menstrual phase of the menstrual cycle in young female adults and this could be due to the stress and variations in estradiol concentration.
