This study examined entrepreneurship Intentions among undergraduates in the University of Benin. To actualize the objectives of this study, the study raised four research questions which were aligned to entrepreneurship Intentions (attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and self efficacy). The study covered a sample size of two hundred and fifty (250), of which two hundred and forty-nine (249) of the questionnaire were found usable for the empirical analysis. Descriptive statistics and regression analysis were used for the study’s empirical analysis. The findings from ten empirical analysis revealed that: there is no significant relationship between attitude and entrepreneurship intentions; there is a significant relationship between subjective norms and entrepreneurship intentions; there is a significant relationship between perceived behavioral control and entrepreneurship intentions; and there is a significant relationship between self efficacy and entrepreneurship intentions. Based on the above findings, the following recommendations were put forth: The University of Benin should develop and offer comprehensive entrepreneurship courses and workshops to equip students with the necessary knowledge and skills for starting and running a business; The university of Benin should create mentorship programs that connects students with experienced entrepreneurs and alumni who can provide guidance and insights; The University of Benin should establish an on-campus business incubator or startup support center where student can receive assistance in developing their business ideas; there should be regular seminars, workshops and guests lectures featuring successful entrepreneurs who can share their experiences; The University of Benin should collaborate with local banks, investors, and government agencies to create funding opportunities tailored specifically to students startups.
