ABSTRACT
The aim of this study is to investigate how motivation impacts the productivity of employees in Nigerian workplaces, with First Bank Nigeria Plc. chosen as the specific organization for analysis. This study has established the theoretical structure for motivational initiatives in the workplace of First Bank Nigeria Plc., including the specific activities and skills that are involved. The emphasis is on programs that can assist employees in addressing personal challenges that could have an impact on their productivity. The research study encompasses the essential elements of the employee motivation process and outlines the necessary steps for effectively implementing the findings. Additionally, it examines the cultural and societal norms of Nigeria that could potentially impact the success of the implementation process. To assess the attitudes of employees towards sufficient motivational incentives and identify common issues faced by workers in the organization, a survey was developed and conducted among the employees of First Bank Nigeria Plc.
