ABSTRACT
This study explored the effect of aqueous Momordica charantia leaf extract on formaldehydeinduced lung damage in adult wistar rats. Formaldehyde is a common indoor air pollutant known to have detrimental effects on respiratory health. Momordica charantia, a plant with well-documented medicinal properties, has shown promise in mitigating lung damage. This study investigates the potential protective effects of aqueous Momordica charantia leaf extract against formaldehyde-induced lung damage in adult Wistar rats.
