ABSTRACT
The applications of various parts of Anthocelista vogeli span across diverse domestic and industrial domains, but its medical value cuts the interest of most researchers. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of aqueous extract of Anthocelista vogeli on kidney of wistar rats. Twenty one male wistar rats were allowed to accimilatize for two weeks under standard laboratory conditions (temperature 24-28 degree and 12 hour light-dark cycle) before commencement of the experiment. The rats in each group were allowed access to standard rat chow and water ad libitithium throughout the experiment period.
