ABSTRACT
This study was done to determine the growth rate of Trichoderma spp. under moisture stress conditions; moisture stress and pH stress, and to determine the enzyme activity of substrate. In moisture stress conditions, the shell of velvet tamarind was treated with varying levels of moisture contents which are 10ml, 15ml, 20ml, 25ml, and Control, which is denoted as 0ml. 10ml treatments were observed to show the most improved result of Trichoderma growth, while 25ml was observed to show the least. Under pH stress conditions, pH 4 was observed to show most improved growth of Trichoderma spp, while pH 9 was observed to show the least growth. Enzyme activity was also highest in for pH 7.
