The study also found of that the kind of financial incentive that coca cola company gives to its workers are basically end of the year bonus, leave grant, and monetization benefits, which facilitate their productivity to a large extent. The non financial incentive that coca cola company use to boost workers productivity are off-duty and cafeteria services. The study also found out that the challenges confronting Coca cola company incentive schemes arise from the inability of coca cola company to design salary based on performance, and that coca cola company does not carry out staff evaluation and performance appraisal when promoting their staff.
