ABSTRACT

This study explores the complex relationship between health care benefit, training and development, social security, and the performance of employees within Seven-up bottling company ltd Benin City as a case study. The survey design was utilized and the Taro Yamane’s technique was used to determine the sample size in this study. Furthermore, Eighty (80) questionnaires were employed to sample the respondents perspective, and the eighty (80) questionnaires were returned and examined. The population size composed of Employees of Seven-up bottling company Benin City. The collected and validated questionnaires were analyzed using frequency table while the hypothesis was evaluated using the regression analysis. The conclusion of the studies has shed light on the complex interplay between employee perks and several aspects of workers' performance and well-being. The findings of the research show that in the Seven-Up bottling company in Benin City, Edo State, employee benefits, training and development, social security benefits, and health care benefits all have a significant impact on influencing and improving worker performance. Therefore, it is recommended that Organizations should consider enhancing their employee benefits packages to improve job satisfaction and retention rates. Organizations should continue to invest in training and development programs to nurture employee skills and boost overall capabilities. Regularly updating and expanding these programs is essential.
