Over this period, Uyo experienced significant transformation driven by both public and private sector initiatives. Key areas of focus include infrastructure development, industrial growth, and improvements in service delivery. The research utilizes a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data analysis with qualitative interviews to assess the impact of various economic policies and projects. Major infrastructure projects, such as the construction of new roads, bridges, and the Ibom Deep Seaport, have enhanced connectivity and boosted trade. Industrialization efforts, particularly in the oil and gas sector, have attracted substantial investment, leading to job creation and increased economic activity. Additionally, improvements in healthcare, education, and public services have contributed to an enhanced quality of life for residents.
