ABSTRACT
The implementation of automated examination check-in systems in educational institutions has become increasingly prevalent in recent years. This project aims to design and develop an automated examination check-in system to streamline the check-in process for students and administrators, enhance efficiency, accuracy, and security, and improve overall examination management. The project begins with a comprehensive literature review, exploring existing research and developments in automated examination check-in systems, including their benefits, challenges, and implementation strategies. Drawing upon this literature, the project defines specific objectives, system requirements, and design considerations.
The system requirements encompass technical specifications, user needs, privacy considerations, and security measures. The design phase involves conceptualizing the system architecture, components, interfaces, and integration with existing examination management systems. An implementation plan is formulated to guide the development and deployment of the automated check-in system, outlining the timeline, milestones, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
