ABSTRACT
This research shows that the human palms harbor types of microorganisms. The palms of most students were seen to harbor more Staphylococcus aureus which was capable of producing enterotoxins. As such human palms served as a means of bacterial infection which may lead to food poison. It is therefore not safe to be ignorant to hand hygiene practice.
