ATM USAGE AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION USING ECO BANK

This study examines the effect of Automated Teller machine (ATM) usage on customer satisfaction. Geographically, the scope of the study will be restricted to ATM users Eco Bank in Oredo Local Government Area of Edo State. The study will made use of survey research design by distributing structured questionnaires to the respondents of the above money deposit banks in Benin City of Edo State of Nigeria within the time frame of 2019 to 2020 which serves as a basis of operationalizing and measuring the variables. Therefore, convenient and simple random sampling techniques will be used to sample 100 respondents or ATM users.
