The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in Office Technology and Management (OTM) programs has transformed the learning experience. However, there is a need to assess the usage and challenges of AI tools among undergraduate students in OTM programs. This study aimed to investigate the usage and challenges of AI tools among undergraduate students in OTM programs. This study adopted the descriptive survey research design A survey questionnaire was administered to 140 undergraduate students in the department of Vocational and Technical Education. It was sectioned into two; Demographics, which was about the background of respondents and Respondents Responses, which contained the responders answers to the questions in that section. Validity was established, through experts in educational technology and research field reviewing the questionnaire. Reliability was tested using Cronbach’s alpha with a reliability coefficient of 0.60 or above indicating an acceptable internal consistency across questionnaire items.
