ABSTRACT
following the analysis of data collected and findings made, the following conclusions were drawn: that the types of ICT available for Adult education programme are; the types of ICT available in Adult education programme for adults with disabilities are, Braille printer, Video magnifier, Audio player/recorder and Text to audio converter, that use of ICT in teaching and learning has help to improve the level of performance of adult learners with disabilities, the use of ICT in teaching and learning has help to sustain the interest of adult learners with disabilities, the use of ICT in teaching and learning has helped to reduce the attrition rate among adult participants with disabilities, helped in the effective keeping of appropriate records of adult learners with disabilities and helps them to remembers what they are taught, that the use of ICT in teaching and learning make it fun, helps to store record what the facilitator ifs teaching, make it easier to for adult learners to hear the facilitator and teaching makes learning content to understand and that that inadequate funding is a major challenge affecting the effective delivery of adult education programmes for adults with disabilities, lack of technical-know-how impedes the smooth delivery of adult education programmes for adults with disabilities, Inadequate personnel can also affect the use of ICT in the delivery of adult education programmes power supply breakdown does not affect adult education delivery, and attitude of the adult learners towards ICT does really affect adult education delivery for adults with disabilities.
