ABSTRACT
This study was carried out to assess the prevalence of examination malpractice in the 2023 Edo state common entrance examination in Egor local government area of Edo state. The objectives of the study was to examine the level, factors, forms and solutions which precipitated to examination malpractice among the participants of the 2023 common entrance examination. To investigate the work, four research question were formulated and tested. Also many literatures was reviewed which dealt with the different factors that influences examination malpractice among primary school pupils, how some parents may be the cause why children participate in examination malpractice, forms or ways pupils participate in examination malpractice, danger of examination malpractice, and so on and ended with an appraisal of the literature review.
