ABSTRACT
This study was aimed at determining the assessment of the Level of Awareness of Financial Technology among Business Education Undergraduates Students in Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State. The descriptive survey research design was employed for the investigation. Fifty (50) Business education undergraduates students, selected from Two hundred (200) Business education students undergraduate in Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State constituted sample for the study. The instrument for data collection was a structured questionnaire. The expert Judgment approach was used to determine the validity of the instrument while Cronbach alpha reliability approach was used to ensure its reliability, and the coefficient of .860 was obtained. Data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics comprising of frequency count, simple percentage, mean analysis and standard deviation. Findings from the study revealed that Business education student’s awareness of financial technology based on institute, gender and course option is high. Hence it was recommended that Business education students should continually improve their skills and should not wait for anyone to compel them to keep learning and also universities should stay up to date so as not to be behind in financial technology.
