ABSTRACT

Governments worldwide are compelled to reassess their approaches to financing the growing needs and heightened expectations of their populations. This challenge is particularly significant for developing nations, where constrained financial resources hinder the fulfillment of escalating requirements for vital infrastructure. As a result, there is a growing trend of increased private sector participation in delivering public services, facilitated through diverse Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models. The purpose of this work is to determine the effectiveness of Public-private partnerships as collaborative initiatives to drive infrastructure development in Nigerian construction

The methods were used are the Stakeholder Analysis, Social and Economic Impact assessment. A survey was conducted with questionnaires to collect the perceptions of respondents directly responsible for the management and administration of PPP projects in the construction industry.

This project report  provided insights into the efficient allocation of resources in construction projects. This information can guide stakeholders in optimizing investments and ensuring the sustainability of PPPs.
