ABSTRACT
This study attempts to apply Paul's leadership model to Omega Fire Ministry Leadership style in Edo State. It is a five chapter thesis. Chapter one gives a detailed introduction on the work. It covers the background of the study, statement of the problem, aims and objectives, significance of the study, methodology and scope of the study and the organization of work. Chapter two was on reviewed literatures concerning concept and definition of leadership, characteristics of successful and effective leadership, biblical concept of leadership, Paul and his letters. Chapter three was on the leadership style of Paul and an overview of the Omega Fire Ministry Church in Benin City. In Chapter four, the researcher examined extensively the implication of Paul’s leadership style on Omega Fire Ministry. Chapter five which is the last chapter, summarizes, concludes and makes recommendations based on the findings of the research.
