This project work focuses on the analysis of variance (ANOVA). ANOVA is a collection of statistical models used to analyze the differences between groups of means.
We started by giving a brief introduction to Analysis of Variance, the aim and objectives, assumptions, uses of Analysis of Variance as well as a review of works of some authors, statisticians and researchers on Analysis of Variance (ANOVA).
The estimation of the parameter for both one-way Analysis of Variance and two -way Analysis of Variance are clearly derived and their respective degrees of freedom are highlighted also. we finally applied the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) model to a set of practical examples for both one-way Analysis of Variance and two -way Analysis of Variance. This work was summarized and conclusion made recommendation were as well given.
