ABSTRACT

This study examined the potential of 3D printing to transform product development by promoting innovation through three main factors. Firstly, it provides more design freedom, allowing for the production of intricate geometries and quick design iterations to explore innovative concepts. Furthermore, 3D printing diminishes the need for extensively trained workers when it comes to prototyping and even manufacturing particular components. Ultimately, it reduces the amount of time needed for development by enabling the quick production of practical prototypes without the need for conventional tools. In order to demonstrate the benefits, we effectively utilized 3D printing to create a variety of objects, including a mechanical iris valve, a phone holder, and a cabbage slicer. This selection of goods effectively showcases the wide range of applications that this technology can be used for. This empirical investigation highlights the revolutionary capacity of 3D printing to simplify and enhance the whole process of product creation.
