ABSTRACT
The ethical implications of gender transitioning cut across the legal, social and medical aspect of the people concerned. It involves issues relating to informed consent; the role of healthcare and bodily integrity. The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of gender transitioning on the individuals and communities. The study adopted evaluation and analytical method to carry out this investigation. Basic assumptions were analyzed in line with several viewpoints of gender transitioning. The findings is that a person engaged in gender transitioning should be assisted and supported.
