This project will examine the concept and practice of plea bargaining in Nigeria criminal justice system and the corresponding impact it has on the system. This project will take an in-depth look into the development of plea bargain in Nigeria, its benefits and disadvantages in our criminal justice system. By doing so, this project will analyse the application of plea bargaining in Nigeria and other jurisdictions with various examples of plea bargaining instances.
