ABSTRACT

This study addresses adoption of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools in construction project management in Edo State. Through the use of purposive sampling, data was gathered from construction professionals through structured questionnaires and analyzed using mean item score and mann whitney-U test. The research objectives are to identify the ICT tools adopted for project management, assess factors influencing their adoption, determine differences in adoption between public and private sector projects, and evaluate the impact of ICT adoption on project success. The findings of this study will provide insights into the current state of ICT adoption in construction project management in Edo State, the factors influencing adoption, and the potential benefits of leveraging these tools for project success. This research fills gaps in earlier studies by analyzing the relationship between adoption of ICT project management tools and project success in Edo State.
