ABSTRACT
Infertility or inability to carry a pregnancy naturally is commonplace in the world and it's one that gives impetus for depression, hopelessness, divorce, broken homes etc. For one reason or the other, a woman may not be able to carry a pregnancy, boiling down to 8 social and medical problems. This research work focuses on the critical evaluation of surrogacy. Through surrogacy and it's arrangement, a solution can be provided to the problem of infertility and inability to carry a pregnancy naturally. Surrogacy is a fast growing concept in the world that is being patronized by many, subsequently infusing hope into many who wish to have their own biological children.
